How we work and how pricing works
Free consultation, a written scope and a fixed quote before you pay anything.
Three things matter most when you engage research support: a price that stays fixed once work begins, work that matches the agreed scope, and a way to check quality at every stage. The way we work is built around all three.
In short: we look at your material before quoting, you get a written scope and a fixed price before paying anything, work is delivered and paid for in stages, and every delivery comes with the evidence you need to judge it.
Process
The engagement, step by step
Consultation
A free conversation with someone in your subject. We learn your stage, deadline, university rules and what you actually need.
Material review
You share the relevant chapters, paper, data or code. We read enough to understand the real size of the job, under NDA if you wish.
Written scope
A document listing each deliverable, the timeline for our part, the number of revision rounds, and the fixed price for each stage.
Staged delivery
Work arrives stage by stage. You review each one (with a similarity report where text is involved) before the next begins.
Hand-over
Final files, plus a walk-through of anything you’ll need to explain to your supervisor, a reviewer or your viva panel.
Pricing
How pricing works
Every job is quoted individually. A synopsis that needs light editing and a thesis that needs restructuring are different jobs, so a single “per page” price wouldn’t fit either one accurately.
So every job is quoted after we’ve seen the material, as a fixed price per stage. The quote is in writing and agreed before any work starts. If you later ask for something outside the scope, we quote that separately and you decide. Every addition is agreed with you first.
Journal fees (APCs), university fees and software licences are separate from our price. You pay those directly to whoever charges them.

Payment, revisions and refunds

Your university’s rules
The current PhD regulations or thesis guidelines, or the journal’s author guidelines. We work to your rules rather than a generic template.
Your supervisor’s comments
Any feedback you have received. It tells us what matters to the people who will judge the work.
Your real deadline
Your actual submission date. We’ll tell you clearly what can be done by then, before you pay anything.
Your own understanding
You need to understand and agree with every change. Ask us to explain anything; that’s part of the job.

Questions about working with us
Why do you quote only after seeing my material?
Seeing your material lets us give you a fixed price that stays fixed. Send us a sample and we’ll usually quote within one working day.
Can I pay the full amount upfront for a discount?
Payment is always staged, so you’re never paying far ahead of what has been delivered.
What if I’m not happy with a stage?
Tell us what isn’t working. Revision rounds are included in the scope for exactly this. If we can’t deliver what the scope says, we refund that stage.
Do you offer student or instalment pricing?
Staged payment already spreads the cost across the work. If the full scope is beyond your budget, we’ll suggest which stages matter most for your situation. Sometimes a focused review of one chapter is worth more than a light pass over all of them.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or UPI to the company account named on your invoice. We issue an invoice for every payment. Please pay only the company account shown on your invoice.
Will you work to my supervisor’s deadline?
If it’s realistic, yes, and the scope will show the dates. If the time is tight, we’ll tell you before you commit, and suggest what can be done well in the time available.
